Using the new Narrative/Notes field, Pulsara Intelligence scans typed or dictated provider notes and automatically extracts structured data, including:

• Patient Demographics: Name, age, sex, and date of birth (DOB)

• Vitals: Heart rate, blood pressure, and respiratory rate

• Clinical Details: Labs, patient condition, and chief complaint

Safety First: To ensure absolute accuracy and patient safety, Pulsara Intelligence presents a preview of the detected information, automatically corrected for spelling or input errors. Providers simply review, disregard and/or edit as needed, then confirm and save the information to populate into the patient channel.
