Who is Pulsara? Part 4 [Our Values]

Who is Pulsara? Part 4 [Our Values]

Who are you?

Like … who are you REALLY? When no one is looking. When you’re by yourself. Who are you? What principles guide your decisions?

Welcome to the final, and Part 4, of our series that asks the question: “Who is Pulsara?”

If you haven’t read about our Mission, Purpose and Vision, STOP, take a moment and read them. It’ll provide you a bit of insight on who we are at our core.

BUT, besides centering people on a common mission …

BUT, besides centering employees on a common purpose …

BUT, besides centering colleagues around a common vision …

… there has to be an underlying thread of character that builds the foundation of the company. Yes, we build a fantastic product and the long-term, positive effects for health care are staggering.

BUT. It’s more than that. Pulsara is not about the product. Pulsara is about each of us – the employees, our families, our friends, and our clients, coming together around common values.

SIMPLIFY

Leonardo da Vinci said, “Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.” The world is complex and ever-changing. At Pulsara, we reduce complexity through innovation.

SERVANT LEADERSHIP

We love people. Therefore, Pulsara passionately serves people AND the people who serve people. Our success is measured by the success of those we serve.

GRIT

Grit is passion for a long-term goal coupled with powerful motivation and consistent perseverance to achieve that goal. This passion and commitment gives us the stamina required to stay the course and be a successful change agent.

INTEGRITY

We always seek to do the right thing for the right reasons.

And that, my friends, is who we are.
