We believe in letting the needs of our customers dictate the pace and timing of any decisions rather than being driven by pressure to “close a deal.” This approach allows us to focus on what truly matters: serving our existing customers with world-class support while maintaining steady, organic growth thanks to an exceptional product that delivers measurable value.

A critical part of our mission is to connect people and improve communication during dynamic events. That’s why we offer our platform’s foundational functionality for free—yes, free—and forever free for those who choose to use it. Building a multi-organizational communication network benefits everyone: first responders, ambulance organizations, hospitals, emergency managers, and the communities they serve.

Some have asked if this free offering is a “bait and switch,” implying that we force customers into paid plans. Nothing could be further from the truth. The free product is a fully functional version that any organization can adopt without obligation. Many of our customers who start with the free product later choose to upgrade because they see the immense value the platform delivers—from improving incident management to enhancing downstream care. But that decision is entirely theirs, based on their specific needs and timing.
