This year’s theme, “Improving Outcomes, Together,” reflects the collaboration, dedication, and trust that define EMS crews and the immense difference they make on patient care.

EMS professionals work in some of the most unpredictable and high-pressure environments imaginable. They make critical care decisions, bringing clinical expertise, calm leadership, and compassion directly to patients when every second counts. Their work impacts lives, families, and communities in profound ways.
