Think about a time you or a loved one were in a vulnerable position, navigating the complexities of illness or injury. Who was there, not only providing critical medical care, but also offering a comforting hand, a listening ear, and a reassuring word? Chances are, it was a nurse.
Today is International Nurses Day, the culmination of National Nurses Week. This year’s theme, “The Power of Nurses,” could not be more fitting. Nurses are a constant force of strength, compassion, and clinical excellence. Whether they’re calming patients in moments of crisis, coordinating complex care across teams, or advocating for better systems, nurses are powerful agents of healing and hope. This week has been a time to reflect on the profound impact nurses have—not just at the bedside, but across the entire healthcare system.
At Pulsara, we have the honor of working alongside many nurses—not just in the field, but on our own team. These remarkable individuals bring their firsthand experience to the work we do every day, helping shape our solutions in ways that are both clinically grounded and deeply human.

To the nurses on our team: thank you. Your insights help us build better tools. Your compassion inspires our mission. And your commitment to improving care for patients and clinicians alike reminds us of why we do what we do. We’re grateful for each of you.
And to every nurse out there: Thank you for what you do. You make a difference in the lives of countless people each and every day, and we're deeply grateful for your service. You truly embody the power of nursing.
Happy International Nurses Day!
