New Leadership Brings Healthcare SaaS Experience to Growing Healthcare Communications Platform [PRESS RELEASE]

Dale is a well-respected business leader with a wealth of experience in healthcare SaaS companies. He was the co-founder, CEO, and Chairman of Sansio, which developed and supported a proprietary homecare software solution, HomeSolutions, and an emergency medical services data collection, reporting, and medical billing system, HealthEMS. Starting with a staff of two, Dale organized a fully functional, highly efficient, profitable business with a team that eventually consisted of over 70 employees when acquired by Physio-Control in 2014.

After the acquisition, Dale led the Data Solutions division of Physio-Control, now part of Stryker, as VP and General Manager where he had global responsibility for the entire data solutions portfolio including CODE-STAT, HealthEMS, HomeSoutions, LIFENET, and myCARES. Dale and team were responsible for developing lifesaving tools for lifesaving teams and delivered patient-centric solutions across five (5) continents.

When asked “why” he chose to join Pulsara, Dale said, “Their product is great. But the people of Pulsara are even better. I am humbled to work alongside this team.”

Mr. Pearson, will have extensive influence in the management, development, and fostering of strategic opportunities as well as the composition, and formation of corporate alliances. Dale’s appointment is a palpable reflection of the company’s position: ready to take on the future and impassioned after another strong year of growth and successful customers. With the explosive growth of Pulsara, Dale’s ethics, knowledge and business development skills make him a great fit for the company.

“Our purpose is to improve the lives of patients and caregivers through innovative communication and our passion is to serve people,” says James T.
