How is your hospital performing on life and death scenarios? People are looking.

When it comes to your hospital's performance, people are looking. They want to ensure they receive the best care - for those 'just in case' scenarios. They want to see where you stack up, in comparison to the competition.

In today's world, performance and ranking take on even greater significance with the increased importance of social proof. Over 70% of internet users say they looked online for health information within the past year, with the most commonly researched topics being specific diseases or conditions; treatments or procedures; and doctors or other health professionals. About 26% of Internet users have read about or watched someone else’s experience about health or medical issues in the last year.

Social proof is powerful. At Pulsara, we are grateful that patients are always willing to discuss streamlined, connected communication impacted their patient journey. Listen to cardiac arrest survivor, Marc K's story below.
