Hailing from Amarillo, TX, Justin Baker's favorite song is George Strait's Amarillo by Morning. He also enjoys wood working and would choose a steak, baked potato, and salad with ranch dressing as his final meal.
Professionally, Justin has seen first hand the impact Pulsara has on team communication and treatment time outcomes. He has been in EMS for 19 years and says that this is the first time he's seen both of the local facilities in his hometown be on the same system -- which is hugely advantageous for EMS, and allows for transparency and ease of communication.
Justin joined our team after witnessing the difference Pulsara made in his teams' ability to perform quality improvement assessments faster, as well as care for patients more effectively, thanks to the immediate feedback the system provides to EMS.
Justin currently also works for BSA Health System as the Emergency Preparedness Coordinator, where he is responsible for all the Emergency Plans of the BSA Facilities, oversees the Hospital Emergency Response Team for Hazmat or radiological incidents, and serves as part of the Command team for the hospital. Justin is also the Vice Chair of Panhandle Regional Advisory Council.
In his free time, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons.
