As Senior Principal of Government Affairs, Ashley Voss-Liebig, RN, BSN, CCRN, NREMT, CCISM leads Pulsara’s state and federal government relations and contracting strategy, driving network growth and impact.
Ashley is a former lobbyist, US Army Combat Medic, (101st Airborne Division), flight nurse/ Helicopter Rescue Specialist (Travis County STAR Flight), CVICU nurse, and most recently a clinical consultant in critical care for Abiomed (a MedTech Division of Johnson & Johnson). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science; she is also certified in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) and Critical Incident Stress Management (CCISM).
Today, Ashley serves as Senior Principal of Government Affairs at Pulsara. Managing state and federal government relations and contracting, Ashley ensures that public safety, emergency management, and healthcare industry organizations can seamlessly leverage Pulsara to scale their operations and improve patient outcomes.
Recognized globally as an expert in critical care, human performance, and stress mitigation, Ashley has delivered lectures around the globe, combining her rigorous analytical insight with practical, battle-tested tools developed out of high-stakes environments. The most important credential that Ashley holds is that of Mom, to an incredible daughter.
