Shawn has spent a lot of time with EMUs ... He also loves to fish, as well as other outdoor activities such as hiking. And, be sure to keep your new electronics away from him or they may end up like this ... Just kidding, Shawn is very talented at building and redesigning electronic systems.
... Wait, you're still confused about the EMUs? Oh no, sorry, not the bird! We're talking about Epilepsy Monitoring Units. For the past nine years, Shawn has been working for a computer engineering company making data acquisition equipment for electrophysiology. The job required him to spend a good deal of time in research dungeons and in the field, setting up and implementing monitoring systems and also required him to take business trips to horribly boring and ugly places such as Norway, where Shawn had a beer at the northernmost bar in the world.
