Why She Chose Pulsara: Finding a company that focuses on innovation and empowering people to improve health is what initially piqued Megan's interest in Pulsara. During her time in the healthcare industry, Megan has witnessed first-hand the challenges facing team communications, leading to her passion for continuous improvement and development. Megan was further intrigued by Pulsara when she saw the culture described as one of servant leadership, grit, integrity, and simplicity, but was truly hooked when she saw these core values reflected in every interaction she experience with the Pulsara team.
Where You Can Find Her: When she's not spending quality time with her husband and their pupperino or cheering on her two daughters during their gymnastics competitions, Megan can be found running, a lot. In the last 5 years, Megan has run in a whopping 15 races including 10Ks, mud runs, a Spartan Race, half and full marathons, and, to top it all off, during the summer of 2019 she ran in an Ultra-Marathon (50K trail race).
One Last Thing: Don't let her 4'10" stature fool you, in addition to being a runner with a weakness for ice cream and diet Coke, Megan also played rugby in college.
