Bet is a healthcare trailblazer who is passionate about transforming the way healthcare is provided through relationships and technology. Process improvement that engages those in the trenches is her specialty. “We can do better" is her favorite statement.
Driving improved care and innovation in emergency medicine for over 12 years, Bet worked her way up from Unit Secretary to Assistant Nurse Manager. She is no stranger to the pitfalls the current state of communication creates for healthcare teams—both inside and outside of the organization. As an Assistant Nurse Manager, she saw firsthand the issues her care teams faced when pagers didn't work, fax machines delayed treatment times for STEMI/stroke patients, and two-way radios compromised collaboration during disaster management/MCI scenarios. Bet first heard of Pulsara while working in the field and became a Pulsara champion, which further fueled her passion to drive change in healthcare and improve care team communication.
As Pulsara’s Senior CS Manager - West, Bet oversees all aspects of Pulsara’s expansion through the Western United States and acts as an advocate for Pulsara’s customers. Bet is passionate about facilitating safe and efficient care for patients, while also caring for clinicians.
In her free time, Bet enjoys CrossFit, relaxing in her sauna, and attending punk rock or comedy shows. She can also be found camping and hiking with her husband, two small kiddos, and two pups.
At Pulsara, we believe It's About People. Connect with Bet on LinkedIn.
