Module One

Logging In & Call Status

(Length: 2 minutes, 51 seconds)

Say goodbye to archaic technology and mismanaged call lists. Pulsara puts the control in your hands. After all, who better to know if you’re on call than... YOU? In this short tutorial, you will learn how to login to Pulsara and manage your call status.

Module Two

The Stroke Patient Channel & Team Management

(Length: 12 minutes)

Now that you’ve logged in and updated your call status, you are ready to use Pulsara for your shift. Now you've received a Stroke Patient Channel Alert. So what exactly is a patient channel? Think about it as your one stop shop for all time-sensitive patient-specific communication. In your role on the Stroke Team, you probably won't have to create the Patient Channel, but you will need to know how to navigate it, and how to view your team's response to the alert, plus add additional team resources if needed. This custom module, made to cover specifically this information, will show you all you need to know to be prepared for your Stroke patient and to communicate with the team(s) bringing that patient to you.

Managing Your Account

(Length: 1 minute, 35 seconds)

Was it “LifeSaver123” or “LifeSaver!23”? Forgotten passwords happen to ALL of us! In this short module, you will learn how to reset your password and manage your account details.

Note: If your company uses Federated Authentication, this will not apply to you.
