Pulsara + ESO in Action
In this video testimonial, see how Metropolitan Emergency Medical Services (MEMS) in Central Arkansas is improving community care with ESO and Pulsara in their toolkit.
Mack Hutchinson, Clinical Manager at MEMS, explains how the integration helps paramedics easily capture and share patient info without extra paperwork, so medics can stay focused on patient care.
Ensuring Coordinated Care
The Pulsara and ESO integration enables real-time collaboration and facilitates improved access to critical patient data, ensuring coordinated care across the whole healthcare continuum.
Watch a Quick Demo
ESO’s integration with Pulsara allows users to:
• Pull in patient demographics, such as first and last name, DOB, age, and gender.
• Pull images—including ECG images—from Pulsara into ESO (e.g., photos of the scene, a driver’s license, meds list, insurance card, and refusal/consent forms).
• Pull in the chief complaint/narrative of the crew documented patient condition and import vitals such as BP, pulse, respiratory, etc.
Improving Workflows
With the Pulsara and ESO integration, organizations benefit from streamlined data management and reduced need for double-documentation. By improving and streamlining ePCR documentation, first responders can spend more time on patient care and safety.
Enhancing Interoperability
Without interconnected communication, patient care collaboration is inefficient and disconnected. The Pulsara + ESO integration helps enhance interoperability to break down communication silos, increase provider efficiency, and ultimately improve patient outcomes.

“Pulsara’s ability to share its communication data in a standardized format with ePCR vendors like ESO is a huge step in closing the communication and data gaps and significantly improving the overall patient care experience. Getting the right information to the right team members at the right time ultimately benefits the patient and simplifies the documentation process for first responders.”
