The City of Lubbock conducted a full-scale crisis exercise at Lubbock Preston Smith International Airport. First responders from multiple agencies rushed to the scene, ready to assess the situation, practice teamwork, and treat survivors. The four-hour simulation gave first responders and city agencies a chance to work together and perform the first major test of Pulsara's new Incident Management functionality.

Austin-Travis County EMS empowered their C4 unit with Pulsara's telehealth and communication technology, and over the course of three weeks, they rerouted low-acuity patients to more appropriate care and eliminated 434 unnecessary transports.
